This Is My Story

What’s your story, your line, your game, your issues?  No one can tell your story better than you can. That’s right we all have a story.  Our lives are full of drama and adventure to the point if we would write our life story in a book it would be featured on Oprah’s book club.  One day we all will have to tell our story to someone because the story of your life will help to deliver someone from a situation they are struggling with.

As Jesus stood before Pilate many accusers came forth in an attempt to tell His story. One by one they all made false statements.  Of all the accusations made against Jesus; only one statement captured Pilate’s attention, “they say you are a king”.  Jesus response was, “It is as you say”. Jesus did not confirm or deny the statement.  Scripture has proven that people do not know who Jesus is because He asked His disciples “Who do men say that I the Son of Man am”. There response was, some say Elijah, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets”.  To all the readers, who do you say that He is?  This question should be a no brainer! If you are unable to answer, then you are unqualified to tell His story.  In order to tell Jesus story you must have a relationship with Him.  Pilate goes on to ask Him what is truth?  Pilate was unaware that he was standing in the presence of the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  He did not know he was talking to the King of kings and Lord of lords, he did know that one day he would stand before Jesus and give account.

This is the time for those who do not know Jesus to accept Him as Lord and Savior of your life.  Do not procrastinate for tomorrow is not promised to you.  One day Jesus will tell us our story, because it is written. Will your story be favorable?
