I've Got A Testimony

posted Jun 13, 2012, 6:12 AM by Beautiful Zion

To give a testimony is to say you witnessed something taking place in or around you, which someone else has done.  Every born again believer should have a testimony of the goodness of Jesus.  When you look back over your life and see all that God has done in your sanctified soul, you should have a praise of Hallelujah.  When God saved your soul, healed your body, turned your finances around, woke you up this morning, watched over you last night, it was the Lord and for that, we should give God praise.  The Bible informs us that Jesus was on his way to Galilee and as He made His way, a leper asked Jesus "if you are willing make me clean".  Jesus with compassion reached out and touched the untouchable and He cured the incurable.  Jesus said, “I am willing, be cleansed” and immediately he was cleansed.  Jesus warns the man not to tell anyone about what took place.  This man just could not keep it to himself.  The man spread the word and Jesus was no longer able to go into the city.

It is time for the people of God to tell their testimony so that someone else can get delivered.  Our testimonies are never about us, but about how we got over with the help of Jesus.  Now is not the time to keep silent, your testimony could change someone life.
